We’re looking for a Senior Sales Administrator to join our award-winning team based in Glyndyfrdwy, near Corwen, Denbighshire LL21 — with hybrid working considered.
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Bonus: Performance-related bonus scheme
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Thurs 9am–5pm, Fri 9am–3pm)
Contract: Permanent
As a Senior Sales Administrator at Ruth Lee Ltd, you’ll be part of a passionate and supportive sales team helping customers across the UK and internationally. Our customers are real-life heroes — from Fire & Rescue Services and Paramedics to Defence and Police teams. Every manikin we sell helps professionals train to save lives.
You’ll be handling and developing relationships with existing customers in the UK and selected export markets, working with both Ruth Lee and PAX products. If you are confident, proactive, and passionate about excellent customer service — we want to hear from you!

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our administrative team.
This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
Experience in a similar role is preferred, but full training will be provided.
You will be based at our office in Corwen, Denbighshire LL21.
Salary: £27,000 per annum plus bonus
