UK Delivery Costs
Delivery starts from just £10.00+vat on our smaller items, delivery costs are dependent on (and vary with) the sizes and weights of the order placed. We use multiple carriers to obtain a competitive delivery quote for you and so we quote UK delivery on a case by case basis.
UK Lead times
Orders that are in stock will usually be despatched on the next working day, items made to order will normally be dispatched within 2-3 weeks. Please contact our Customer Service team to discuss any specific delivery requirements you may have. We will be in contact with you if there is likely to be changes regarding the lead time of your order, you then have the choice to amend your order as required.
A lot has happened in the last 18 months with Brexit, Covid & the Suez canal crisis. We’re all agreed that we are in unprecedented times and whilst we plan for everything to go smoothly with your order; circumstances may change very quickly. Rest assured we will do everything to get back on track as quickly as possible, we accept no liability for delays or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
UK deliveries are sent via our couriers and will require a signature.
Europe & Rest of the World Lead Times
Delivery from the UK is normally 28-35 days depending on location and order. We work with a global network of distributors, many of whom hold stock, so lead times within your country may differ. Please check with your local dealer, which can be found on our map HERE
Split Orders and Back Orders
If an item is showing as in stock on our website, it means that it should be in stock. However, stock can be allocated quickly if multiple orders are placed around the same time. Unfortunately, if this happens meaning part or all of your order is not in stock, we will contact you.
If we cannot contact you on the day that we would despatch your order, we will assume that you would like us to send the items that are in stock and are happy to wait for the other item(s) to become available.
Outstanding items will then follow on as soon as they become available and you will not incur any additional postage costs. Please note that payment is taken for the whole order before any is dispatched.
Customs and Duty Information
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages sent outside the United Kingdom (UK). Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please do not ask us to mark any orders as ‘gift’ as we are unable to.
Any charges for customs clearance, VAT or duties must be paid for by yourself.
Please note: Since leaving the European Union, certain products supplied from the continent, including Fireware and Eccotarps, will be subject to additional shipping and customs charges. These start at £90.

VAT Information
All quoted prices exclude VAT and our products are subject to VAT. For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added (or the prevailing UK VAT rate at the time of the order). For orders outside of the UK, we are able to export the goods excluding VAT (providing export and import criteria is satisfied). Our Customer Service team are on hand to discuss any queries you may have.
