We’ve been very busy since the last show – working hard on new product development! So you are sure to see some exciting new products for your training when you visit our stand.
Advanced Water Rescue Manikin
Your chance to see the world’s first Advanced Water Rescue manikin in the flesh – you’ll be amazed at just how real he looks! He’s already been causing a stir at shows in Australia, but this will be his first event in the UK and we can’t wait for you to see and experience what this manikin can bring to your water rescue training.
Using this manikin creates the perfect blend of water rescue training and advanced life support simulation, letting you create emergencies such as pulmonary oedema.
We’re proud to have worked with the team at Lifecast Body Simulation to create this manikin, who will also be at the show – make sure you check out their stand too!
Thermal Imaging Suit
Another new innovation for our range, our Thermal Imaging Suit has been designed to be used with most adult Ruth Lee manikins, giving them instant thermal imaging capabilities and bringing a new level of realness to your BA or search and rescue training.
Thermal Imaging Hood
Like the thermal imaging suit, our Thermal Imaging Hood is a brand new innovation for Ruth Lee Ltd which we are excited to share with the water rescue community! This hood can be used with many of our water rescue manikins and is perfect for adding thermal imaging capabilities to search training at sea or inland!
Helicopter Winch Manikin
A variant model of our popular Man Overboard manikin, the Helicopter Winch Manikin has been designed in consultation with the experts at Bristow Helicopters UK to provide a solution for training horizontal lifts from the water.
PMVA Manikin
During the past year, manikins have become even more vital for a range of training due to the restrictions in place for physical distancing. One of the sectors that we have seen a big increase in the use of manikins for training is in secure hospitals and prisons. Working with the UK’s leading mental health secure hospital we have introduced the PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) manikin into our range allowing teams to train safely and reduce the escalation of violent behaviour.
VSTEP Response Simulator
Creating realistic training is so important and now we can help you virtually too! We’re very excited to be able to showcase Response Simulator by VSTEP at the show this year. A virtual reality training platform aimed at improving incident command training – for any scenario you can imagine!
FireWare Fire Simulation Range
We’ll be showcasing a range of products from FireWare too – these great tools help you to create realistic and engaging fire training scenarios in setting where live fire training isn’t possible. Quick and simple to set up, you can easily add ‘wow’ factor to your training!
