IT’S COMPETITION TIME
Back by popular demand! We are launching a new Facebook competition, which will run until Wednesday 31st May at 12 noon. ***DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL MONDAY 5TH JUNE 2017***
For a chance to win 2 Ruth Lee manikins*, simply go to the Ruth Lee Facebook page, and in the competition post pinned to the top of the page, post your best photo or video in the comments. The photo or video with the most likes at the end of the competition will be the winner. It’s that simple!
WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON MONDAY 5TH JUNE ON THE COMPETITION POST.
Ruth Lee Facebook photo and video competition – Terms and Conditions
1) This prize draw is open to all our customers both in the UK and internationally and entrants must be 16 years of age or over. When contacted the prize winner may be asked to provide proof of age.
2) Employees connected with this promotion from Ruth Lee Ltd are excluded from taking part in this prize draw.
3) The closing date for entries is Monday 5th June at 12 noon, GMT.
4) 1 winner will be selected based on the number of likes their comment achieved and the prize is 2 manikins of their choice (exclusions apply, see below for details).
5) Exclusions apply to the prize offered. These are:
- If you choose a Bariatric manikin as your prize, you will receive 1 manikin only.
- The following manikins are excluded as prizes: Airway Management, CPR and Ligature Training.
6) By submitting a video or photo to the Ruth Lee competition you confirm that:
- You are the photographer or have the permission of the person who took the photograph/video to post.
- Ruth Lee Ltd can use the photograph in the future for promotional marketing purposes and we may contact you for further details regarding the training depicted in the photograph or video.
7) To be eligible to win participants must go to the pinned competition post at the top of the Ruth Lee Facebook page and post a photograph and/or video in the comments.
8) The video or photo with the most likes at the end of the competition wins.
9) You may enter more than one photo or video, but ‘likes’ apply to each individual photo/video and cannot be added together for an accumulative score.
10) The photo/video MUST contain a Ruth Lee Ltd manikin. No other brands of manikin are eligible to win.
11) No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
12) Voting will close at 12 noon GMT on Monday 5th June 2017 and the Winner will be notified by Facebook message. We will also announce the winner on the competition post. A direct response to confirm their details is required within 7 days (no later than 12 noon on Monday 12th June) with their full name, email address and a contact telephone number is required. If the Facebook account/winners email is unreachable or they fail to respond to Ruth Lee’s winner notification within the above time, Ruth Lee Ltd reserves the right to randomly draw another winner.
13) The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14) The Winner agrees to their name being published as the identified winner on Ruth Lee’s Social Media pages (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn), on the Ruth Lee website www.ruthlee.com and in any newspaper or blog article we secure.
15) Entry instructions and prize descriptions form part of these terms and conditions.
16) The Prizes are as stated, non-negotiable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative or different option. The promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
17) Ruth Lee Ltd accepts no liability for the prize or for any loss or damage arising from its issue.
