Combining the realistic manual handling aspect of using weighted manikins with cutting-edge mixed reality technology, Ruth Lee 360’s training platform brings realistic animation and humanised interaction to your training scenarios – creating immersive, lifelike scenarios that trainees can see, hear and interact with in real time.
This isn’t virtual reality. Trainees remain fully present in their real training environment, interacting with real equipment – while the casualty responds, reacts and communicates like a real person.

Trauma Lens
Realistic training for complex medical scenarios
Trauma Lens is RL360’s core training programme, designed to teach scenarios that are traditionally difficult to replicate in a realistic way.
Included Scenarios:
Ten Second Triage (TST)
Learn the principles of rapid casualty assessment using a guided approach. This module helps trainees build understanding of key visual cues, scene awareness and initial decision-making before progressing to more time-critical scenarios.
Airway Auscultation
Train correct stethoscope placement and recognise respiratory conditions through guided, interactive feedback.
Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS)
Learn to assess consciousness following head injury using the widely adopted GCS framework:
