Joanne joined Ruth Lee in September 2024, bringing over 16 years of experience in customer service, sales, and team management to her role as Operations manager. Her strong background in HR processes, performance management, and health and safety compliance ensures the smooth running of our office and the well-being of the team. Joanne’s ability to manage operations efficiently makes her a key asset in keeping everything running seamlessly.

Outside of work, Joanne enjoys singing in her local choir, cold water dipping, and daily walks with her three beloved fox red Labradors.
