Sarah joined Ruth Lee Ltd in January 2017 and has played a key role in the company’s growth, bringing more than 15 years’ experience in marketing, commercial strategy and business development.

Having previously led the global marketing function, in July 2026, Sarah was appointed Managing Director of Ruth Lee Ltd. She now leads the business with a focus on innovation, customer relationships and sustainable growth, while remaining committed to the values and customer-first approach that have defined Ruth Lee for over 30 years.

As part of the Protect Medical Group, Sarah works closely with colleagues across the wider organisation to strengthen collaboration, share expertise and identify new opportunities that benefit rescue customers around the world. She is passionate about ensuring Ruth Lee continues to deliver market-leading training solutions while expanding its global reach and supporting the evolving needs of emergency services, aquatics, military and other rescue professionals.

Sarah continues to enjoy working directly with customers and distributors, regularly attending industry events and conferences around the world. She has developed strong relationships across sectors including drowning prevention, specialist patient handling (SPHM) and technical rescue, and remains committed to understanding the operational challenges faced by those who use Ruth Lee products every day.

In 2025, Sarah completed the nationally recognised FREC 3 (First Response Emergency Care) qualification, further enhancing her understanding of pre-hospital care, trauma response and casualty management.

Outside of work, Sarah is a keen photographer and enjoys hiking, scrambling and exploring the North Wales countryside with her collie, Merry. She is also an enthusiastic rider and has competed in many equestrian disciplines with her horse Luna over the past 20 years.
