Katie joined Ruth Lee Ltd in April 2021, strengthening the company’s marketing function during a period of continued growth and evolution. With a strong background in marketing, branding, and design, Katie plays a key role in shaping and elevating the Ruth Lee brand.

As Lead Generation and Brand Manager, Katie is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and demand across our digital channels. Her role spans social media strategy, content creation, and broader digital marketing activity, all with a focus on guiding customers through a seamless online journey. From first touchpoint to enquiry, Katie ensures our messaging resonates with the rescue and training communities, generating high-quality leads while reinforcing Ruth Lee’s position as an industry leader.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys travelling across the UK and internationally as a line dance instructor. Through hosting classes, events, and competitions, she is passionate about building a welcoming community and helping a new generation of dancers grow in confidence and connection.
